Quality Issues

We take pride in the quality of our fine art prints. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed item, please contact us at info@theveryfineartgallery.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a free replacement (All Countries) or full refund (EU only) at no additional cost to you.

Customer Change of Mind

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our fine art prints, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse, except where required by law (see EU Customer Rights below).

EU Customer Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to cancel your order and return items within 14 days of receiving them, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@theveryfineartgallery.com within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of approval. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
